We accept all major (credit/debit) cards and online Zelle payments through our secured payment method on our website. (Please make sure all information is imputed correctly mainly when using Zelle, make sure to put the Intelect Shipping Ja account member full name and unique account number and also the ITS shipment number, this information is valid and mandatory, it is even more important if you have someone else pays through Zelle on your behalf). Payments must be paid before 9:00 am on the day you request delivery. No cash will be collected upon delivery/pickup locations by any of our drivers. No deliveries will be carried out if payments are not paid in advance in full. We are sorry for the inconvenience but these are all for security purposes.

PrePay payment means to pay for your package/s in advance before pickup/delivery day. This way it is better when another recipient will be collecting your goods on your behalf and also it takes away all the delays in receiving your package/s.

You will receive notifications through your email and you have the option to check the status of your package by logging into your camship4me account on the website. You will receive updates from the day we receive your package until the day of delivery. Please make sure you provide the correct email when registering.

All packages processed prior to shipping day is guaranteed to make shipment, however, if your package was delivered the same day when the shipment is already processed and ready to leave the warehouse, it is not guaranteed to make shipment that day but it will be shipped out on the next shipment day.

Packages will be ready to deliver/pick up within 1-2 days after reaching the local destination. Contact us to ask about same-day delivery express (conditions may apply)

Air cargo is shipped 5x per week, Monday - Friday • Note for Air Cargo – Packages that are delivered the same day on shipping days or if packages come in with incomplete information on those days, it will not guarantee same day shipment due to packages must complete processing before shipping but packages will go out on the next shipping day once processed.

Yes you do. All invoices are due and MUST be submitted once the package has been delivered to the warehouse and uploaded to your Customer Portal or before it arrives in Jamaica. An invoice is required by customs for all packages as a means to declare the content of each package. This is to ensure compliance with customs regulations and protect our customers from fraudulent claims. Each invoice should contains the Order or Tracking Number, Description of items with cost and the breakdown of the total paid at check out. Invoices are not only important for custom clearance but it also protect customers by ensuring that the packages are only claimed by the rightful owner if it should go into the unknown or lost packages.
