Each customer will be considered to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions once they open an account with Intelect Shipping Jamaica. We also advise account holders to examine the terms and conditions on a regular basis to stay informed of any potential updates. After completing the registration process, each customer will receive our U.S.A. mailing address and a unique mailbox number, where products should always be mailed.
If your shipping address is incomplete, you risk being charged for using an erroneous address or having your goods sent to the wrong recipient. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the merchant properly packages their items for shipping to ensure safe delivery and prevent harm to people, property, or the item.
As a result Intelect Shipping Jamaiaca disclaims liability for items harmed by outside parties, such as internet retailers or customs officials in Jamaica. Only products that were harmed or lost while under our control are subject to liability. Invoices and other pertinent shipping documentation must be submitted before package arrive in Jamaica.
Please be advised that all customers shipping with our company are required to declare the contents of their shipment. If you disagree with this policy, you are welcome to consider other shipping options.
Liability Notice
Intelect Shipping Jamaiaca is not liable for any loss or damage to customer goods, mail, or shipments before they enter the Intelect Shipping Ja network.
Facilitator Notice
Intelect Shipping Jamaica does not engage in the trading of goods and acts solely as a facilitator. As such, we are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect purchases, items that do not perform as described online, or any discrepancies between the item’s performance and the seller’s description.
Intelect Shipping Jamaica is not liable for any loss or damage to customer goods that are not carefully and properly packaged according to shipping requirements and best practices. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipments are prepared to withstand the transit process.
Non-Declaration Notice
Please note it is mandatory to add a Pre-Alert with an attach invoice for Customs Clearance. Failure to do so it will attract a Non Declaration Fee of $1500.00 JMD.
Packaging Responsibility and Dispute Notice
Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the shipper or merchant. Intelect Shipping Jamaica is not responsible for ensuring that items are correctly or safely packaged and will not be held liable for any damage to fragile or breakable items. All claims related to packaging or damage must be resolved directly between you and the seller. Intelect Shipping Jamaica will not mediate or participate in any disputes between you and the seller.
Liability for Lost or Misdelivered Items
Intelect Shipping Jamaiaca is not responsible or liable for the loss of cash, items purchased online, items delivered to the wrong address, or stolen goods before they enter our facility.
Liability and Settlement Notice
In the event that Intelect Shipping Jamaiaca is found liable for consequential loss under any circumstances, the maximum settlement for uninsured shipments is capped at US$50.00.
Intelect Shipping Jamaica Claim and Settlement Policy
It is agreed that the total liability of Intelect Shipping Jamaica shall be limited, in any event, to US$50.00. Intelect Shippin Ja provides insurance coverage up to US$50.00. For insurance exceeding this amount, arrangements must be made through a third party. Customers are required to contact our office prior to placing an order if additional coverage is needed. Additionally, for shipments with a value of US$200.00 or more, you must notify Intelect Shipping Ja before shipping.

Shipping Address:
As a registered member you will have access to our shipping address however, this address should only be used for the purpose of shopping online legally and using the address for your shipping information. This address is not open to the public, please contact us via email or by phone, if there are any questions or concerns about a package or delivery. This address should not be shared and used in a manner where a third party can have access to use our services without signing up as a valid member, each individual must sign up separately to be registered as a member.
Termination policy:
This address is forbidden to illegal purchases and activities.
If a package is sent to our location with no valid or incomplete Information, the package will be marked as unknown and will be sent back with the original carrier. Any notice of illegal purchases the individual will be terminated and held accountable with the law.
Account Creation:
You have the right to sign up using valid and true information in all required fields to use our service but we hereby reserved the rights to suspend or terminate members account, the rights to not ship, the rights to refuse any delivery in process/transit and terminate future use, the rights to cooperate with the law if for any reason a member may provide information and attempt to use our address for any illegal delivery or goods. With the information provided through the website in nature, we will not hesitate to hand it over to the law, we refuse to be threatened by the law.
Delivery:
Intelect shipping jamaica will deliver only upon customers request and scheduled day selected before delivery. Customers are required to show proof of valid ID card and signing full name and signature.
Intelect Shipping Jamaica will only carry out delivery of package/s to the registered customer or to a recipient representing the registered customer, this third party can only represent when notified by Intelect Shipping Ja customer not being available on the day of delivery/pickup.
Packages MUST be paid in advance in full before delivery/pick up is carried out.
The third party recipient must be over the age of 18yrs old with a valid identification card (ID) and must be able to write full name and sign their signature.
A valid photo Identification Card (ID) of the third party representing to collect package/s on customer request is required to show on the day of pickup/delivery.
The requests are very important to both Intelect Shipping Jamaica and our valid customers for the purpose of evidence of proof of delivery, the time and date and to whom receive the package/s.
Intelect Shipping Jamaica will not be responsible if the third party recipient failed to represent the registered customer in any manner.
Packages will only be delivered to the name of the registered customer or to the request recipient of the customer, there will be no exception.
Intelect Shipping Jamaica will not be responsible if the third party recipient failed to represent or in any incidents to the registered customer in any manner.
Packages will only be delivered to the location requested to deliver before leaving our location and will not be rerouted.
Intelect Shipping Jamaica will confirm with the customer the day of delivery/pickup.
When we reach the delivery/pickup location and the customer or recipient becomes unavailable after attempts of calling by phone we will have no choice but to return to our office with the package (conditions may apply) and delivery will of to be rescheduled and if a customer fails to rescheduled after 30 days, item will make sale towards expenses pending.
If unfortunately there is bad weather conditions, natural disasters, crime in the area or root to delivery location, fire, accident, lockdown or any other issues beyond our controls on the day of delivery, we may reschedule delivery day.
Customs:
All items are required invoices or proper documents for customs clearance purposes, emailing invoices/documents in advance to Intelect Shipping Jamaica will avoid delays in clearing your items.
Item/s value under $100USD will not attract customs fee.
Item/s value over $100USD will attract a customs fee.
If invoices/documents are not sent over, customs will put their value on customers item/s to clear item/s.
The result in failing to obtain invoices/documents and for item/s valuing over $50USD will result in extra charges and customs duty fees, this will be applied to the particular customer item/s. The customer will be notified and is liable to pay the charges towards the customs fee.
Claim:
If a customer does not contact or request for delivery and pay the pending charges due for package/s within 30 days of notification that item is available for delivery/pickup. Intelect Shipping Jamaica will have the rights to open and make sales of item/s and apply towards expenses pending.
Members Concern:
If by any reason a member has an issue, concern or questions while using our service, the member has the right to notify us, which will result in a conclusion of the matter in question.
Inspection of Goods:
Each Package or Goods received at our location that will be shipped through customs is entitled to open for inspection before clearance by customs personnel only. This option is mandatory and is beyond Intelect Shipping Jamaica control, in the inspection of package/s, our option will be to obtain the invoices from our customers for custom purposes resulting in a faster clearances time. The package will not be shipped until there is proof of invoice if purchased online. Friends and family shipping through us to you will also be required to show proof of value of items to ship.

All members MUST make full payments on the day of schedule delivery or pick up, payments should be made before 9/AM in order to receive your goods on that day.
No Refund:
When package/s are paid and received there will be no chargeback or refunds.
We Do not ship:
We will not ship Hazardous/Waste Products, Firearms and Weapons , Toy Guns, Human Corpses, Animals Organs, Live Animals included Insect, Explosives, Dangerous Chemicals and Goods, Pharmaceuticals Prescription Drugs, Cash,Cigarettes, Alcoholic Beverages, Air Bag, Poisons, Aerosols, Ammunition, Gasoline, Flammable Items, Acids, Marijuana (medical or otherwise), and any other items consider dangerous and restricted.
Termination of Service Usage:
As our member you reserve the right to discontinue with the use of our services or remove your membership at any time however we will not be responsible for any packages set to be delivered to us after your removal, if we were not notified and are unable to reach out to the member. As our member he/she shall make a request for discontinuation by an email only if you have a pending delivery. After 30 days we will no longer be responsible for any package or items belonging to the removal member after we are notified.
We reserved the right to terminate, suspend a member account any time without warning and given any reason.
We hereby reserved the right to terminate, suspend or limit the use of our services to a member at any time without warning or given any reason for such and provide a refund once a member did not use our service in an illegal manner
General Service Usage:
Intelect Shipping Jamaica may furnish you with notices including those with regards to any changes to our terms and services, including but not limited to email, phone number, change of location along with service charges, posts on our website about services or other relevant and related content.
For no reason any member should attempt or use our website and services for any illegal or unauthorized use or any actions that violate any laws in your jurisdiction. In the event of a violation a law body may be involved and breach or violation in any terms will result in immediate termination of your account and rights to use our services and if requested any known information by the law, we will not hesitate to corporate.
Exclusion:
As a member you understand and agree that Intelect Shipping Jamaica is not responsible for any package or items that we did not receive at our location. We will not be responsible for any package or items damaged before receiving at our location. We will not be responsible for any package or items seized but not limited to in relation to matters or issues arise from customs. We will not be held liable for actions of any third party in relation to our member’s packages and items.

Please do not use our address for any illegal orders or delivery, thank you. If for some reason one part of this contract becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in place.
